Our structured, supervised playgroups ensure daily physical, mental, and social enrichment, meeting all their needs while reinforcing safe social interactions and boundaries.

In our customizable 2-5 week Board & Train programs, your dog receives round-the-clock individual attention. We specialize in removing bad habits, easing fear, anxiety, and aggression, while laying a solid foundation for effective communication between you and your dog once they return home. Whether your dog needs basic training, behavior modification, or advanced skills like off-leash recall or trail hiking etiquette, we tailor the program to meet their specific needs and your family's goals.

Our approach prioritizes developing your dog's confidence, focus, and ability to adapt under various circumstances. We emphasize communication and teamwork over mere obedience.

By the end of the program, your dog will be better equipped to socialize with new dogs, people, and environments. You'll notice improvements in specific behavioral issues and overall obedience. Before your dog returns home, we'll conduct a private training session to ensure you have the tools and techniques necessary to continue their progress effectively at home. Our Approach to Board and Train

At PawSaga, our Board and Train program begins with a thorough assessment and consultation to pinpoint the specific focus of your dog's stay before they join us for their Board&Train stay. This may involve foundational obedience training, covering essential commands like Heel, Place, Manners, Stay, and Basic Recall.

For dogs needing behavior modification, we customize their stay to directly address particular challenges. Throughout their time with us, we concentrate on overcoming these hurdles and imparting crucial skills. Upon completing the program, owners participate in a comprehensive handover session. Here, they receive all necessary information, guidelines and tools to effectively continue their dog's progress at home.

It's important to understand that our Board and Train program acts as a pivotal step forward, laying the groundwork for ongoing improvement and fostering a harmonious relationship between you and your dog.

 

What's Included in the Program?

When you choose our Dog Board and Train program, you will receive:

• Regular Picture and Video Updates to keep you informed about your dog's progress.
• Comprehensive Boarding School, during which your dog will thrive in a family-like environment, mirroring life at your home and ensuring a seamless transition. 

 

What's excluded in the Program?

• Any Training Tools that have been employed for your dog's progress.

 

New Clients
We have found that dogs who are unfamiliar with our set up and routine need an additional week to settle into the flow before we can get to work addressing the training issues. The dogs need 5-6 days to understand how our day-to-day operations work, get used to us and fit into a playgroup. Understanding that, all new clients programs start at 3 weeks. The first week is discounted to our standard boarding rate (28 Euro/calendar day) for the dog to get settled. On week 2+ their rate will switch over to our boarding rate.

 

Requirements for Participation

For dogs aged 4 months and older, participation is open, provided they meet the following requirements:

• Current vaccinations for Distemper Combo and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Please be aware that the Bordetella vaccine takes several days to become effective, so we recommend administering it at least 5 days before your dog's drop-off.
• Flea-free status for all canine guests.
• Female dogs in heat cannot be accommodated. If your dog enters her heat cycle during her stay, you are required to collect her immediately. In the event that collection is not feasible, a surcharge will be applied for the duration of her stay.
• Crate training is essential for your dog's safety during the night. If your dog isn't already crate trained, we can offer this training for an additional fee, particularly for stays longer than one week.

Please ensure you have proof of your dog's vaccinations ready at the time of drop-off. Without an up-to-date vaccination card, we will not be able to board your dog.
